Meet Arlexis Jones is the Program Director for MACC Sports, having been an integral part of the organization since 2020. She began her journey with MACC Development as a volunteer, quickly advancing to the role of coordinator, and eventually taking on the responsibility of overseeing all operations and producers as the Program Director.

Arlexis is deeply committed to serving youth, not just by helping them develop athletic skills, but by mentoring them and instilling values of character, leadership, and faith. Her focus is on shaping young players into well-rounded individuals, encouraging them to embrace personal growth and to live with love, kindness, and integrity—values that resonate deeply with the Christian teachings she seeks to impart.

Through her work, Arlexis is helping players build skills and memories that will stay with them for the rest of their lives, both on and off the field. She is not only a coach and leader but also a mentor who strives to create lasting, positive impacts on the youth she serves.
